Day 98 | TC | With a touch of blue

So the theme for today in TC is

“BLUE” (Water, Sky, Vehicles, Houses, Flowers,…)

and I thought this picture we clicked in Leh while having a leisure maggi lunch, fits perfectly. A lovely brid with a touch of blue. Anyone knows what bird it is?  It was sitting on the small building for a long time, looked so peaceful and content as if its found nirvana in hills too

PS: I wanted to post this on the photo blog I dont know how I messed up. Posting there too

There is little that can give more happiness than a good friends company and if company brings also some good wine and a actual hard copy card that makes it just perfect.

So after I did a Friday Face last week lot of you said you love the idea and would like to participate

so here is my image for the day..

Love his expressions, clicked in Bambosaa, a bamboo processing unit that Lavasa has where they employ locals to create the stuff and all the money goes directly to the artists…

The person when was totally immersed in cleaning the bamboo with sand paper when I just asked him to look and clicked the picture… he was really happy to be clicked but told me…. kya shakal banaya hai maine (what a face I am making) 🙂

When last week I had seen what will be the theme for this week which is

“CARS” (New, Old, Sedans, Convertibles, Station Wagons, Sports,…)

I had planned a post like Uma’s doing somewhat of a chronicle of the cars we have owned…. But than I went to Lavasa’s Womens Drive (detailed post coming up soon) for Cancer and other women issues. It was so heartwarming to see the cars that women were driving decorated so nicely. Carrying messages for early detection of breast cancer to save the girl child to education for all to save nature to one support inclusion…
