Yes yes don’t run away you are the right blog and it is a DIY post. Shocked may be Shruti inspired me too much
I love junk and silver and that is a well know fact on this blog, now before this obsession used to be limited more to earrings but these days its extended and a lot to neck pieces, I love those long beaded chains, those chokers and have many of the same but the issue comes when we have to store them because they easily get entangled and become a mess so one day I decided that enough is enough and I want a way to sort them. I thought of buying a notice board and sticking pins and hanging them on that but this not being my own house currently made me think to put anything on the wall plus I couldn’t think of a place for it… so I began net surfing and sometime later I had a clear idea of what I want. See what I made below
Its very simple all you need is a hanger and some old bangles, tie them to the hanger and with each other as shown above using a thread or tape as I used. Bingo now hang all your chains on it and hang this anywhere you want. I have currently hung in it my small covered balcony next to the bedroooms.
WOW! This is a lovely yet simple idea!! Me gonna try it soon!!! The only prob wud be that the L’lle one would try to grab it!! Hmmm will hang it beyond his reach 😀
Me first!!!! Wohoooooo!!!

Smart idea.
Another clever idea is to use the mug tree for bangles.

p.s. guddu is my kid sister n she’s crazy abt junk jewellery too 😉
i need a tip for handbag too. i have like 25-30 handbags and dont know what to do with them
I had the same issue…..too many handbags and no proper place to manage them
I have a tip 🙂
I use our coat/jacket hanger for that now…officially ( as nothing else is allowed to be hanging there….as if there is any space left after my bags)
You know those stands which are like a tree…with multiple hooks for jackets.
something like this
