Ganesha is known for his love for food and specially Ladoos and modak. So this Friday I share two ladoos that I made for my Ganesha

Til/Sesame Ladoos

Ingredients

  • 250gms white sesame seeds
  • 150 gms jaggery (there is a one available which is dark if u get that even better, I couldnt get it this year)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Method

  • Dry roast the sesame seeds till they turn light brown
  • After the seeds cool down a little grind them
  • Mix jaggery, cardamom powder and the grinded sesame seeds
  • Make ladoos out of it

They are just yummilicous but very high on calorie and also in heat… so should be avoided in hot weather
