Ingredients

200gms Curd (if u buy from market I always prefer buying nestle proboitic curd… the curd bacteria is really healthy)
8-10 pieces of brown bread
1 large onion sliced
1 small capsicum shredded
2 carrots shredded
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
(add or subtract any veggies u like)
4-5 red jalapenos
4-5 green jalapenos
(u can use green chillies instead or skip the whole thing too if u dont want it very spicy)
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
chill powder to taste
1.5 tsp dhaniya powder
handful of coriander leaves
1 tsp big mustard seeds (sarsoon not rai)
Oil as less as u fry veggies with….

Process
1. Put oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds when hot
2. After they crackle add onions and saute till golden brown in color
3. Add the rest of the veggies and roast till tender
4. Take the curd and add salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and whisk till smooth and lump free. It should be of a thin flowing consistency add little water if required
5. Cut the bread into small square pieces
6. Dip the bread into the curd mixture and add to the cooked veggies
7. Fry for 4-5 minutes till every thing is evenly mixed and the bread starts becoming a little brown
8. Add washed and cut coriander leaves to garnish… enjoy
