How long does it take for a company to judge someone? I am wondering why any company would want to take 8-9 rounds of interview before hiring people. Are they not confident on the people who are hiring?
I have been in discussion with this company (I rather not name it) for the past 2 weeks now and till then I have been interviewed by 7 people including 2 HR guys and beside this there has been an extensive background check done by an external agency they hired for doing just that and today I get a call from the HR saying that can u come done to our office tomorrow as one more manager would like to meet u. Are they hiring a s/w team lead or the prime minister of india…. very frustrating I tell u
